Tips for an at-home spa day

1. Set the mood: Light candles, play soothing music, and create a comfortable environment to relax in.

2. Take a warm bath: Add Epsom salts, essential oils, or a bubble bath to the water for added relaxation.

3. Give yourself a facial: Use a facial mask and follow it up with a moisturizer to give your skin a refreshed look.

4.  Exfoliate: Use a body scrub or exfoliating gloves to remove dead skin cells and leave your skin feeling silky smooth.

5. Massage: Use lotions or oils to give yourself a relaxing massage or use a foam roller to massage your muscles.
